I’m Jack, a nutrition and health coach in training with a background in autoimmune and digestive issues myself. Holisti grew out of years of trial, error and research — and the realisation that most people don’t need more noise, they need calm, evidence-informed guidance.
For years, I dealt with reflux, gut pain and the anxiety that comes with never knowing how your body will react. Tracking symptoms, trying protocols, reading research — it all helped, but only once I connected the dots between food, stress, sleep, nervous system and lifestyle did things really start to shift.
Holisti is here to give you the kind of support I wish I’d had: someone in your corner who understands the science, but also the reality of real life, work, family and stress.
